Company & product sites
- Detected changes with before/after, captured on your cadence
- Primary-source signal — the company's own words, not an inferred score
Crawlify continuously monitors the sources that tell you what's changing inside your market. Company and product sites, pricing pages, job boards and ATS pages, review platforms, and app marketplaces. The engine detects what changed, correlates it against your account list, and delivers the signal to your CRM at 99.5% verified field accuracy.

The Problem

The signal that a competitor repositioned lives on their pricing page. The signal that an account is scaling lives on their careers page. The signal that a prospect adopted a rival lives in a job description's tech-stack list. The signal that a champion left lives on LinkedIn. No single tool watches all of these, so your team pieces the picture together by hand, one tab at a time, and usually too late.

Most buyer-intent products hand you a score and ask you to trust it. You can't see which page moved, when it moved, or why the account got flagged. When an AE asks "why is this account hot?", the honest answer is "the vendor says so." A signal you can't trace back to a source is a signal your reps won't act on.

Firmographic and technographic data ages fast. Headcount, tech stack, pricing, and leadership all change between the day the record was built and the day your rep opens it. A static enrichment file is a photograph of a market that has already moved. What sales actually needs is the change, caught when it happens, not the snapshot.
The Data Product
Every pricing change, job posting, tech-stack detection, and company event carries the verifier ID, the timestamp, the before/after, and the source URL. The audit trail is the answer to "why is this account flagged?"
New feature and product launches, changelog and release-note changes, roadmap page updates, deprecation notices, integration and marketplace listings, positioning and homepage messaging changes.
Provenance
Every company signal ships with the detected change, the before and after, the source URL, the capture timestamp, and the verifier ID. When a rep asks why the account is flagged, the record answers — a score can't.

Who it's for

Trigger-based signals delivered to Salesforce or HubSpot, mapped to your account list. A pricing change, a hiring surge, or a funding event on a target account becomes a sequenced play, not a missed window.

Track competitor launches, pricing and packaging changes, positioning shifts, and changelog activity. Structured feed for battlecards and win/loss reviews, every change source-traceable back to the page it came from.

Buyer-intent signals you can actually explain to sales. See which accounts are moving and why, feed your ABM platform, and route the reasoning alongside the score.

Firmographic and technographic data refreshed on change, not on a stale annual cycle. Clean, verified records with per-field provenance for your warehouse and your CDP. Front-line data engineering handled.

Hiring signals across ATS pages and job boards: surges by function, competitor talent movement, tech-stack mentions in JDs, and role location by jurisdiction. For recruiters selling to talent teams, and for your own competitive hiring intelligence.
How It Works

The engine continuously watches any web source you name. Portals, marketplaces, PDFs, filings, review sites, ad libraries. Configurable per industry, per source, per cadence. Durable workflows that survive failure and keep running.

AI classifies every observed change. Price movement, new listings, structural change, sentiment shift, filings, launches. Every classification carries a confidence score. Low-confidence records route to human review. Verified accuracy runs at 99.5% at the field level, with verifier ID and timestamp on every record.

Detected signals join your live data. Your CRM, your warehouse, other Crawlify streams. Cross-signal correlation surfaces composite events. A price drop plus a new ad campaign plus a PDP rewrite reads as one repositioning signal, not three unrelated alerts.

Signals become actions. REST API, webhooks, warehouse writes, CRM updates, workflow triggers, Slack routing. On your schedule, in your systems, source-traceable end to end.

Use Cases

A mid-market SaaS company monitored 400 target accounts and 12 direct competitors for pricing-page and packaging changes. Crawlify surfaced a competitor moving its mid-tier behind "Contact sales" — a gating change that put 30 of their accounts back in play within a week. Each alert carried the before/after and the source URL, so AEs opened the play knowing exactly what changed. Delivered to Salesforce with Slack routing to the owning rep.

An infrastructure vendor tracked ATS pages and job boards across 600 target accounts for hiring surges in Platform and Security functions — a proxy for a scaling engineering org and a buying window. Crawlify detected role spikes, pulled tech-stack mentions from the job descriptions, and correlated against funding events. Signals routed into the outbound sequencing tool as trigger-based plays, with each account's "why now" traceable to the specific postings.

A product marketing team tracked 15 competitors' changelogs, release notes, pricing pages, and G2 review velocity. Every change was captured with a source URL and timestamp and fed into a shared workspace, keeping battlecards current without manual tab-checking. When a competitor shipped a headline feature, the team knew the same day and updated positioning before the next deal cycle.
Those tools give you firmographic data and an intent score. Crawlify gives you the traceable change behind the score — which pricing page moved, which role got posted, which tech was added, and when. We complement an enrichment tool rather than replace it: they own the contact directory, we own the change signal. If your reps won't act on a score they can't explain, that's the gap we fill.
