Crawlify monitors conference websites, society portals, university pages, trade show databases, and CFP aggregators. We extract speaker lists, schedules, CFP deadlines, exhibitor data, and registration details. Every field verified by a human analyst. Delivered structured to your systems.
The Problem

A medical conference publishes speakers in a PDF. A tech conference lists them in a JavaScript-rendered grid. An academic society buries CFP deadlines three clicks deep. There's no standard, no API, no central registry. Aggregating this manually means checking hundreds of sites, every week, forever.

10times claims 500,000+ events. AllEvents claims 200 million. The numbers are large. The data is organizer-submitted, inconsistently updated, and often months stale. A WikiCFP study found nearly a third of entries had missing mandatory fields. When your researchers book travel based on bad dates, the cost is real.

Eventbrite killed its public search API in 2019. Luma's API covers only events on Luma. Bizzabo's data is locked to events you manage. None of these are aggregation sources. They're walled gardens.
The Data Product
Every field extracted by AI, verified by a human analyst. Predatory and fake events flagged and excluded before delivery.

Who Buys This Data

Keep your platform current across thousands of events. Structured data, deduplicated, verified. ScholarMeet runs on this pipeline.

Know which conferences your prospects attend, which ones your competitors sponsor, and where your next 50 qualified conversations will happen. Speaker lists, exhibitor data, and attendee signals feed your outreach.

Track CFP deadlines across your discipline. Filter by indexing status (Scopus, Web of Science). Avoid predatory conferences. Get structured data, not a noisy aggregator page.

Events drive hotel bookings, restaurant traffic, and ride demand. Structured event data (dates, location, estimated attendance) feeds your forecasting models at a fraction of PredictHQ's enterprise pricing.

Evaluate sponsorship opportunities with verified data: attendance estimates, exhibitor lists, audience profiles, pricing. Stop relying on organizer-supplied brochures.
Case Study
ScholarMeet is a global academic events platform serving researchers across 52 disciplines and 100+ countries. Crawlify aggregates hundreds of scattered academic sources into one feed, with every field human-verified before publication. Predatory events are flagged and excluded, so researchers never book travel on a wrong date or chase a fake conference.

How It Compares
| Feature | PredictHQ | Platform APIs(Eventbrite, Luma, Bizzabo) | Aggregators(10times, AllEvents, WikiCFP) | Raw scrapers(Apify actors) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| What it does | Enterprise demand intelligence. 20M+ events. Best for hotel, retail, and transport teams modeling event impact on demand. | Expose only the events hosted on their platforms. Eventbrite killed public search in 2019. These are not aggregation sources. | Broad but organizer-submitted, inconsistently updated, un-licensable. Nearly 1/3 of WikiCFP entries have missing mandatory fields. | Cheap, fast, unverified. You own maintenance, QA, anti-bot, and compliance. |
| How Crawlify fits | Crawlify covers the conference-detail layer PredictHQ skips. | Crawlify aggregates across all platforms and independent conference sites. | Crawlify extracts from aggregators but verifies against primary sources. | Crawlify replaces the scraper stack with verified data and an SLA. |
| Data coverage | Conference-detail layer (speakers, CFPs, exhibitors). Enterprise pricing. | Limited to events created on their platform. | Aggregated from multiple sources but with gaps and inconsistencies. | Full coverage possible, but high effort and unreliable. |
| Data quality | High-quality, verified, structured data. | Good for platform-native events only. | Variable quality, missing fields, duplicates. | Unverified, format varies, frequent breakages. |
| Best for | Enterprise teams needing predictive insights and market intelligence. | Teams building features around their platform's events. | General event discovery, content enrichment, marketing use. | Technical teams needing raw data quickly and cheap. |
| Key advantage | Comprehensive event intelligence at scale. | Direct, reliable access to platform-native events. | Wide discovery across many sources. | Low cost, maximum flexibility. |
| Limitation | Enterprise pricing, some gaps in conference details. | No access to events outside their ecosystem. | Incomplete, outdated, not trustworthy. | High maintenance, legal and quality risks. |
Use Cases

ScholarMeet uses Crawlify to aggregate conference data from hundreds of scattered academic sources. 500+ conferences across 52 disciplines, verified daily. CFP deadlines, speaker lists, indexing status, venue details. Predatory conferences detected and excluded.

A SaaS company monitors 200+ industry trade shows. Crawlify extracts exhibitor lists, speaker lineups, and registration data. Sales team uses exhibitor data to book pre-conference meetings. 30-50 qualified conversations per show vs 52 cold leads/year.

A regional hotel chain uses Crawlify to track 500+ conferences and trade shows in their metro area. Dates, estimated attendance, and venue data feed their dynamic pricing model. Fraction of PredictHQ's enterprise cost.
Coverage depends on your scope. We build extraction for the sources that matter to your industry and geography. ScholarMeet covers 500+ academic conferences across 52 disciplines. A trade-show-focused dataset might cover 2,000+ events. We scale to your requirements.
Tell us your industries, geographies, and event types. We'll monitor every relevant source, verify every field, and deliver structured event data to your systems.
